Good supervision is central to feeling encouraged, supported and skilled in the work that we do.
If you’re looking for a new supervisor, I would welcome contact from you. My supervision credentials include SDS Accreditation in Clinical Supervision, Level 2 (Assessed Academic Competence). I can also support supervisees with the BACP accreditation process and working with insurers. My supervision rates start at £75.
I am an experienced psychotherapist with my own private practice, and I am registered with and accredited by the BACP. I work integratively; my training is psychodynamic, but I use a number of modalities in my work, including humanistic, systemic, relational and Human Givens. I trained at the Leicester Centre for Psychodynamic Counselling and Goldsmiths, University of London and have done additional CPD at the Tavistock in London and the National Autistic Society.
In my practice, work with individuals and couples, predominantly face-to-face, but I also work online and have experience of delivering walk and talk therapy. I work with a vast range of clients, and my special interests include grief and loss, high-functioning performance and burnout, neurodiversity, and menopause.
